Hooka took on an interesting installation challenge from Interior Precision at their prestige refurbishment of the new Ducati Motorcycle showroom in London this week.
Working in the restricted confines below the Vauxhall tube station railway arches, Hooka had to transport the 250Kg arched steel sections safely into site and then lift them up to within a few centimetres of the roof to create the 8 bay long ‘portal frame’ structure within the existing building.
With 5 days allocated to the lift, Hooka’s bespoke ‘load-lock’ steel handling attachments allowed the structure to be completed safely and smoothly in less than 3 days instead, saving the project time, money and risk.
Thank you for the business!
