The Hooka Hired for Concrete Block and Beam Floor Challenge
The Hooka was hired in to a huge Block and Beam flooring project in Esher, where each of the large profile concrete beams weighed 340kg. With 40+ heavy beams to move, along with the pallets of concrete infill blocks, there were alot of materials to shift. The Hooka started by lifting and transporting the large individual 6.2 metre long concrete beams lengthways, so it could get through the restricted access doorway in the front of the property.

The Hooka was hired by Cantabrigian Rowing Club to move 22 bulk bags of pea shingle weighing 1 tonne each. The bags were moved to various locations along the riverbank from the near the club house. A task that would have taken considerable time and effort if carried out manually.

The Hooka was hired by the Whyteleafe Paving Co. to move 6 heavy pallets of paving blocks to the exact point of use from the roadside location the pallets were delivered. No manual handling required to get approximately 2160 Marshall paving blocks on to the site ready for use. The delivery lorry could not reach the property, down a narrow lane, so the Hooka was used to safely and easily move the packs of blocks 200 metres to the property in Midhurst, West Sussex.
